One way to stop self-sabotage is to become more aware of your thoughts and behaviors. By recognizing when you are engaging in self-sabotaging actions or thoughts, you can begin to challenge and change them. It can also be helpful to identify any underlying beliefs or fears that may be driving the self-sabotage, and work on addressing and reframing them. Seeking support from a therapist or coach can also be beneficial in identifying and addressing self-sabotaging patterns. Finally, practicing self-compassion and self-care can help to build resilience and reduce the likelihood of self-sabotage. **

There is no definitive evidence to suggest that Russia sabotaged the German railway. While there were instances of sabotage and resistance activities carried out by the Soviet partisans during World War II, it is difficult to attribute specific acts of sabotage to the Russian government as a whole. Additionally, the German railway system faced numerous challenges and disruptions during the war, including Allied bombing raids and internal logistical issues. Therefore, it is not accurate to solely blame Russia for any sabotage that may have occurred. **

For street photography, a compact and discreet camera with fast autofocus and good low-light performance is preferred. A mirrorless camera with a prime lens or a high-quality compact camera would be suitable for capturing candid moments and street scenes without drawing too much attention. **
