Photography is often prohibited in Orthodox churches because it is seen as a distraction from the spiritual experience of worship and prayer. The use of cameras and flashes can disrupt the peaceful and reverent atmosphere within the church. Additionally, Orthodox churches contain sacred and holy images, icons, and relics, and the prohibition of photography helps to maintain the sanctity and respect for these religious artifacts. Lastly, some Orthodox churches may also have concerns about the potential commercial use of photographs taken within the church, which could be seen as disrespectful or exploitative. **

Greek Orthodox and Syrian Orthodox are two separate branches of the Eastern Orthodox Church. The Greek Orthodox Church is one of the oldest Christian denominations, tracing its roots back to the early Christian communities in Greece. The Syrian Orthodox Church, also known as the Syriac Orthodox Church, has its origins in the ancient Christian communities of the Middle East, particularly in Syria and the surrounding regions. Both churches have their own distinct traditions, liturgies, and hierarchies, but they share the same core beliefs and are part of the larger Eastern Orthodox communion. **

For landscape photography, a camera with a high resolution sensor and wide dynamic range is ideal to capture the details and colors of the scenery. A full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens would be a good choice for capturing the vastness of landscapes. For street photography, a compact and discreet camera with fast autofocus and good low-light performance is preferred. A mirrorless camera with a prime lens or a high-quality compact camera would be suitable for capturing candid moments and street scenes without drawing too much attention. **

The difference between orthodox and ultra-orthodox lies in the level of adherence to traditional religious practices and beliefs within Judaism. Orthodox Jews generally adhere to traditional Jewish law and customs, but may also engage with modern society to varying degrees. Ultra-orthodox Jews, on the other hand, tend to strictly adhere to traditional religious practices and often live in more insular communities, with limited engagement with secular society. Ultra-orthodox Jews also typically place a strong emphasis on Torah study and religious observance. **

The main difference between camera settings for landscape shots and portrait photos is the aperture setting. For landscape shots, a smaller aperture (higher f-stop number) is typically used to achieve a larger depth of field and ensure that both the foreground and background are in focus. On the other hand, for portrait photos, a larger aperture (lower f-stop number) is often used to create a shallow depth of field, resulting in a blurred background that helps to emphasize the subject. Additionally, the focal length and composition may also vary between the two types of photography. **

Yes, it is generally permissible for a Russian Orthodox believer to attend another Orthodox church. Orthodox churches share the same faith and sacraments, so believers can participate in services and receive the sacraments in any Orthodox church.
