To set up twins in a bedside cot for the parents' bed in the first few months, you can start by placing the cot securely next to the parents' bed with one side of the cot removed so that it is open to the parents' bed. This allows for easy access to the babies during the night for feeding and comforting. You can then place each baby in their own separate space within the cot, ensuring that they have enough room to move and are safely secured with any included straps or harnesses. It's important to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for setting up the cot and to regularly check on the babies to ensure they are safe and comfortable. **
